Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
- Customers can cancel their orders 1-2 days before the pickup . There are no cancellation fees for orders canceled prior to pickup.
Post-Processing Cancellations
- Once the processing of items has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds for Rejected Items
- If any items are rejected during quality checks or processing, a refund will be issued. The amount will either be credited back to the original payment method with in 6-8 working days or adjusted against any active prepaid plans, based on the customer’s preference and plan type.
