Our Commitment to You

At Greendhobi Hyderabad, we truly strive to return your garments better than how they were given to us. We put in every effort to achieve outstanding results, and our goal is to make your clothes as perfect as possible. In many cases, you'll find the results are as good as new!

However, we're human, and there are limits to what even the best cleaning processes can do, especially given the diverse nature of fabrics and wear. While our rigorous procedures are designed to minimize errors, occasional mistakes can happen.

Having said this, here are our terms and conditions, which outline the understanding between us regarding our services:

Garment Bag Usage and Starching Policy

We offer two types of collection bags: Wet Clean Bag and Dry Clean Bag. When placing your garments in either of these bags, you'll have the option to select your desired starch level (e.g., no starch, light starch, heavy starch). Please ensure you clearly indicate your starch preference for proper processing.

For items designated for Dry Cleaning, the Company reserves the option to not apply starch, even if you've requested it, when applying starch is deemed unsuitable for the fabric type. This is to prevent potential damage or undesirable results. While we generally don't recommend starching "Pattu" fabric, we'll attempt to do so only upon specific customer request, understanding that this is done at the customer's own risk, and we assume no liability for any resulting issues.

Our experts inspect items in the Wet Clean Bag to ensure they're appropriate for wet washing. If our expert deems it necessary to dry-clean a garment for its safety and preservation (e.g., due to potential color bleeding or delicate embellishments like beads attached with adhesive that may be damaged by water or heat), they have the freedom to do so. Due to the high volume of garments we handle and our commitment to single-day delivery, we won't be able to contact you for prior consent in such instances. These items will be identified and charged the appropriate dry-cleaning rate on your invoice.


Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our laundry and dry-cleaning services. By entrusting your items to us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Assumption of Risk for Garment Condition

We exercise the utmost care in handling all garments, linens, and fabrics. However, due to the inherent nature of certain materials, pre-existing conditions (such as weakened fibers or prior damage), or hidden defects, there's a risk of discoloration, shrinkage, or other unforeseen damage during the cleaning process. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks. All items are submitted at the owner's risk.

Manufacturer Care Labels and Special Handling

We inspect manufacturer care labels and strive to follow their instructions as closely as possible. However, we can't be held responsible if a care label is missing, unreadable, or if the information provided on the label is unclear or incomplete. In such cases, we'll process the item based on our professional judgment, and items are cleaned at the customer's risk. We aren't liable for any damage that may occur as a result of cleaning items with unreadable, missing, or unclear care labels.

Delicate and Special Care Items

The Company assumes no liability for damage to "special care" or delicate items that require specialized handling, treatment, or cleaning methods. Customers submit such items at their own risk. This includes, but isn't limited to, issues such as color bleeding or any other problems arising from the cleaning of these garments.

Unclaimed Items

The Company is not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond 30 days from the date of drop-off. Articles remaining unclaimed after 90 days may be sold or otherwise disposed of to recover outstanding charges and storage costs.

Stain Removal

While we make every effort to remove stains, complete stain removal isn't guaranteed. The effectiveness of stain removal can vary depending on the type of stain, fabric, and how long the stain has been present.

Limitations of Liability for Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged while in our care, reimbursement will be limited to a maximum of three (3) times the processing cost for that specific item. All reimbursements will be provided solely as service credit, not monetary compensation.

Claims and Reporting Issues

Claims for lost or visibly damaged items must be made at the time of delivery. Any quality-related issues, such as unsatisfactory cleaning or minor damage not immediately apparent, must be reported to the Company within seven (7) days of item delivery. Failure to report within these timeframes may result in the claim being denied.

Communication and Notifications

By using our services, you agree that the Company may send you updates and notifications regarding your order via various communication channels, including but not limited to calls, SMS, email, app notifications, or WhatsApp.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay in service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, wars, governmental regulations, or other force majeure events.

Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation.

Payment Terms

Billing and Payments

The customer is required to pay the entire amount upon successful delivery of the order. The Company does not provide printed bills. However, Customers can download their invoices online from their order history at any time.

Prepaid Plans

Customers may purchase prepaid plans, for which payment can be made by cash or cheque. If payment is made by cheque, the plan will become effective only after the cheque has been successfully cleared.

Taxes and Cashback

Applicable taxes will be charged in addition to the rates listed on the website. Any cashback provided to the customer will be issued as service credit, redeemable through the customer's Greendhobi account, and will not be provided as monetary compensation.

Coupons & Discounts

Coupon Redemption

Coupons must be applied through the Greendhobi app before the invoice is generated for your order.

Discount Combinations

Multiple discounts or coupons cannot be combined or used simultaneously.

Privacy Policy

Data Usage and Sharing

The Company does not sell customer data. However, customer data may be shared with third parties for essential administrative purposes.

Garment Imaging

As part of our commitment to quality and transparency, we may capture images and/or videos of your garments before and after cleaning. These images and videos are used strictly for internal quality control purposes and may also be used for further analysis to improve our services and/or to offer additional services. None of these images will be shared publicly or with other third-party vendors without your explicit, written consent. We handle this data securely in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our internal data protection policies.

Legal and Other Notices

Intellectual Property

Content displayed on the Company's website is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or distributed without prior authorization.

Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions and the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
